ONE CLIENT IS LOCKED OUT BUT NOT BY US. THE WARNING SAYS “RNBSPROSTAGE” WHAT DOES THAT MEAN

Google AI says “RNBSPROSAGE (often associated with Realm, Network, Browser, or Security protocols within ProConnect / ProSeries / Sage integrations) generally indicates an authentication timeout, corrupted browser cache, or a security block preventing your tax software from verifying your Intuit login credentials. [1, 2]” Clear your cache Since Intuit keeps updating their site the links don’t work, so I am not going to hunt up how to clear cache.
