Old Years

I have a client that needs to go back to 2018 to file an amendment, but I can only go back to 2019 in ProConnect? I can't remember, but I do think there was some kind of communication regarding previous years being unavailable after a certain point.

Is it just not possible to access anything before tax year 2019?

What is the purpose of amending 2018? Isn't it a closed year?

The more I know the more I don’t know.

It's too late to amend 2018.
