I e-filed my Ohio return, and it says is has been received but I am not getting confirmation that is has been accepted. Will I get something more?

Yes you should. The state approval confirmations usually come in later than the Federal. It is the weekend so it will be even more later. Wait until tomorrow and you should get approval.

I was able to confirm that they did receive the filing as stated and the accepted/failed filing should be seen within a day or two normally. The difference this time is that OH is doing scheduled maintenance and the filing system will accept filings but will not process any between August 21 and September 5th. Ohio will begin processing the filed returns after the 5th. This explains why my filing is only showing accepted. Wanted to let everyone know what was going on.

Thanks for update. Two weeks seems like a lot of time to do scheduled maintenance. One would think they would have waited until after October 15.

Kinda sounds like a former Intuit employee is in charge of maintenance in OH 😜
