Ohio- Regional Income Tax Agency- Filing with deferred Comp

W2 Box 1 Wages are higher than taxable city wages because of deferred Compensation previously taxed by the city.  RITA return will not efile because of wage difference. How is the deferred Compensation reported to RITA to avoid taxing the deferred income, again?
