Are nurses uniforms deductible for 2020 tax year.  I am finding conflicting answers.

Where are you reading "conflicting" info?

EE business expenses haven't been deductible for several years AT the Federal level.

*Some* states still allow them.

    Is this person Employed, or an independent contractor?

    Is this protective/safety gear or regular scrub-type "uniforms?"

    Did you look at what the IRS states? Did you use the Web (which means you also checked the dates of the articles)?
