Number of nonresident partners without physical nexus to NJ [Override]
Hello Everyone, I am filing 1065-NJ for a partnership where partners are non residents and never been to USA but their partnership is registered in NJ. On form 1065-NJ under NJ misc information I put 2 for the question mentioned in the subject line and leave everything else blank in that section but somehow software is keep picking up 2 for this option (Number of nonresident partners with physical nexus to NJ [Override]) as well and when I review the PDF return the both lines 1b and 1c shows 2 in each. since my clients are non residents and this is partnership based LLC with share of 50/50 each. I need to put 2 in the option "Number of nonresident partners without physical nexus to NJ [Override]" and leave other blank how do i fix this issue. I tried everything but this is so annoying. Please Help
