Non filer IP pin
I have not filed taxes ever and I tried to use the forms the IRS has on there, and it won't accept it beacuse I dont have an IP pin and evrytomw I try to get one, it says the websit is unavailable,try again later. Its been 4 days of the same thing. How do I fill out the paper work with no IP pin??
