No ES Forms available on 1040?

I am getting 2 critical diagnostics about the 1040-ES and Fed ES Wkshts.  Both are saying "not included in this version of the program"   

I am in Nevada trying to e-file federal 1040s for Nevadans.

Does anyone know why the estimates aren't included?
