NJ shared responsibility mandate. How do I certify Health Insurance coverage for New Jersey if there is no longer a 1095-B entry.

But it's still required for NJ.  Your client may not have received it because, I believe, NJ's deadlines for furnishing the form to NJ residents and state filing are Mar 2 and Mar 31, respectively.  If your client doesn't receive it by then, he/she should approach the provider/employer for a copy.
