New York State ef critical diagnostic on drivers license info
I cannot locate an answer to this question. I have a New York State return and have the drivers license information for the client and spouse and have entered that. I get a ef critical diagnostic preventing efiling saying need to have the document number for the licenses. I've entered that number from the back of their licenses in the additional information slot (only place left to put it). But the critical ef diagnostic does not go away. What is the magic?
