Hello Tax Community!

1- Does a New owner of an existing LLC that was originally a Multi member LLC have to get a new EIN?

2- Can they use the original LLC EIN even though it was for Multi Members LLC?

3- when I file their tax return for 2025, can I just enter the original LLC EIN?
