Need help clearing a Critical Diagnostic regarding information for EIC

I have a critical diagnostic that reads

 
"One or more children entered in the Earned Income Credit Claim with Qualifying Children input section has a missing or invalid first and/or last name"
 
I have verified both names on the return and they are correct.  Does anyone know what the problem may be?

Sometimes it is corrupted data. I would delete the children. Exit the return. Go back in and enter the children again. 

That is only a SWAG! (Scientific Wild A$$ Guess)
