NC partnership tax extensions continue to be rejected
Hello,
For weeks I've continued to receive this error message for North Carolina partnership tax return extensions (Form 1065):
Details for your rejected filing.
Error message: Data in the return is missing or invalid. Please double check your entries.
Solution: Business representative is missing. Please enter the Business Representative's First and Last Name in the Electronic Filing Screen. Also make sure when a phone number is entered, it's a 10-digit valid number. If necessary make the appropriate change and re-submit this return electronically.

I confirm over and over that the business representative is named on the Electronic Filing screen, and that the phone number is also entered. This is only happening for North Carolina partnership extensions, not any other business returns.
What is the magical secret handshake required to get these NC extensions filed?
