Name of k-1 entity

On the 1120S, the section that says "Name of K-1 Entity" do we put the name of the Corporation or the Name of the Partner receiving a K-1?  The Corporation only has 1 shareholder and partner.

Do I put his name as the Entity or the Corporation's name?

This screen? You only use that input if the corporation receives a K-1 from a partnership in which it owns an interest.
