My client is receiving "Nothing to do here" message in Intuit Link

I'm not seeing anything new or current on this and this is happening again this year for the same customer. We were never able to get beyond it last year and now the same thing.

This customer has used link in the past for multiple years and never had a problem until last year. She does have a Credit Karma account but with the same email address. There are not options for her - it just says Nothing to do here.  I have deleted and resent multiple times. I need to get this resolved. It wasn't an isolated problem last year because now we are in year 2 with no solution and others have posted this as well.
