My client failed authentication signing form 8879. Do I simply have to send another request or is there a way to resend the same request?

I don't want to have to pay for another eSignature if they fail again. Just wondering if there is a way to resend the same request.

Once you void it, you'll be able to resend it. Client gets 3 attempts and then is stuck with signing in ink.
