Question

My client cannot login to their account.

The message says their email cannot be found in the system. I cannot find out why. Has anyone had this problem before.

May be an obvious question but did you client click on the hyperlink in the invite you sent (which contains a token for linking your account with your client's) and used that same email address to log into or create an account for Intuit Link?
