Move from Taxact online to Proconnect

I used the online version of Taxact until now. I wish to switch to Proconnect. what would be the best way to move my data to Proconnect? The guide I found talk about the desktop version of taxact. I used only the online version. I have pdf files of course.

You will need an EFIN to use ProConnect
