All returns I have filed since 2/14 Saturday have been accepted with IRS but Montana still says transmitted. Is there a problem with Montana accepting returns this week? Have 33 already accepted with Montana.

Hi @GG406 , state returns are transmitted after acceptance by the IRS. Given the holiday on Monday, there may be a slight delay in acceptance as the IRS would not have received returns until Tuesday. So, depending on when the IRS accepted would determine when your return was transmitted to the state. Federal accepted on 2/14, and 2/17 on others. Will wait until tomorrow to contact support. Thank you

Called tech support today. Said my Montana returns are being reviewed? Is this normal? Have had 35 returns already accepted both IRS and Montana. Been doing taxes for over 25 years. More than frustrated with Intuit and help line!
