I have a PDF copy of an 1120 tax return prepared and signed now I can't find it

That is what I am saying - I have a copy of the PDF - but the return has disappeared from proconnect. I made sure the customer was not deleted - the pdf says do not file - an extension was put in - the reviews were made and the customer gave the go ahead to e-file - but there is nothing to e-file
