How do I indicate a spouse is a non-resident in NY due to being the wife of a military member in NY on orders?

Assuming you are filing IT-203 for other NY-source income, you'd use M2 for Item F.

The code is selected on General > Misc. Info./Direct Deposit, on the NY tab, under the section for New York Miscellaneous, on the line First special condition code (Click on arrow to select from list).
