Medicaid Waiver Payments for CA 540
Hello, I'd like to know if there's a way to include nontaxable Medicaid waiver payments for California? - I have it on line 1d of the 1040 (so for Fed it works) but it doesn't transfer over to the 540 since it's not a W-2 (and client didn't receive a W-2 for these payments). The point of this is for CA Form 3514 you can choose to include or exclude these payments in calculating EIC for CA.
