Whenever I get a diagnostic that I can't figure out I search for the reference number and there is nothing. Does proconnect have a secret diagnostic reference page?

They most likely do but the problem with it is .............................. it's secret --------------- and nobody here has access to it.

    Yeah I figured out the ME - Ref #60159 but the way they worded it was not specific. You have to read between the lines and have a good working knowledge of proconnect. 

    i.e. the diagnostic said that you couldn't e-file when K-1 withholdings on line 15 doesn't match state & local: other credits but I didn't have anything on the the other credits. So I took the withholdings on line 15 off and entered it on other credits and the diagnostic went away. woohoo. Actually I entered the K-1 withholdings on the 1099-Misc screen. That's a new trick I recently learnt.
