MD Prior year tax liability required to e-file?
Hello Community!
The clients filed MFS last year. We do not have the wife's prior year state return or know prior year state tax liability.
We are preparing their taxes as MFJ this year. Would including only the husband's prior year state tax liability be enough to e-file with state of MD?
