I need to file an extension for Md partnership

      It seems this error message is bogus way of really saying an electronic payment must be made if the entity is electing to remit pte tax and the draft return is showing a balance due.

      When i entered the basic tax info and a state pte tax refund is available, then it allowed the partnership extension to go through.
