Maid payment for filing credit doesn't show up in account

Maid a payment for filing business and individual returns to be filed months later the credit is missing from the account.

    Verify the payments were properly paid from the financial institutions. Contact the appropriate taxing agency to reconcile. This does not sound like a software issue. In terms of the software, you need to be sure it is properly entered into the software.
