ProConnect Tax (and, therefore, the Intuit Link drawer within) is a bit temperamental sometimes but following the steps outlined below should resolve most issues:Use only ProConnect Tax-supported browsers (see https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/product-system-requirements/help/system-requirements-for-proconnect-tax-online/00/5612);Clear cache and cookies;Exit and restart browser;Restart machine or device;Open ProConnect Tax only in incognito mode, always;Use another ProConnect Tax-supported browser if problem persists; andUse another machine or device, if available.Opening ProConnect Tax only in incognito mode will help avoid most common problems.

Open ProConnect Tax only in incognito mode, always;
Use another ProConnect Tax-supported browser if problem persists; and
Use another machine or device, if available.

Opening ProConnect Tax only in incognito mode will help avoid most common problems.
