Just curious from community anybody else have implementation problems with Lacerte? I have had difficult time just getting access. no proactive support. Trying UltraTax

1) You have chosen PTO as your product but your question is about Lacerte. You may like to correct that.
2) If you could elaborate what your "implementation problems" are, someone here may be able to help you.
