Is there any way to attach a document from me to send with a client request in Inuit Link for ProConnect online 2020?

What I can find on the community does not appear to ITO for 2020.

Indirectly, yes.  You need to add an item to the Document Checklist, describe what you'd like your client to do, save and exit from the Intuit Link drawer, then go back into the Intuit Link drawer, check the box to Act as taxpayer, and upload the document.
