Is there a way to file an SMLLC that's sole member is an LLC?

I am filing a new 1065 LLC that has an SMLLC under it's tax EIN and I don't know how to enter it.  No activity in 2020.

I'm trying to figure out what exactly you are saying.

Are you saying there is a Partnership, and one of the members is a SMLLC (and other members are Individuals)?

If so, is the SMLLC "disregarded" (in other words, it has not made an election to be taxed as a corporation)?

Is the owner of the SMLLC an Individual person?

 

 

EDIT: After reading it again:  Or are you saying the SMLLC's "owner" is the Partnership?
