Is there a screen to indicate that child over the age of 19 is a full-time student? Return is getting rejected for ineligibility for CTC

Parent return is getting rejected for CTC even though child qualifies as dependent.  Child filed return with box checked for being claimed as a dependent.

    Is the tax return trying to claim the $500 'other dependent credit' or the full $2000 Child Tax Credit?
