Is possible to suppress EIC credit, due taxpayer age 0f 65 in 2021

Why are you wanting to suppress EIC?

If the taxpayer was not age 65 in 2020, the taxpayer qualifies.

For 2021, there is no upper age limit, so the taxpayer could qualify in 2021 as well.
