If you are a student, you should sign up for an account under Intuit's Education program in the link: https://www.intuit.com/partners/education-program/products/proconnect-tax-online/student-signup/

If you sign up for a commercial account, you will be required to buy credits before printing each return.

In case you need support, you should also refer to the web page I provided for the contact details.  This Community is only open to tax professionals and will not assist with questions from students.
