Is it possible to E-file IL-505-I with a payment?

I cannot even get a paper form IL-505-I to show up and to print. It is in "All forms" but not in "applicable". I want to send an extension payment to Illinois. Thanks.

You may like to check that you have followed the instructions in these articles.  Although the focus is on federal return, states work the same way and you'll find the input for states on those same input screens and tabs.
