Is Form 8915-5 ready for electronic filing? If I ignore the diagnostic can I still electronically file?

We are a week away from the tax deadline (April 18th) and Form 8915-f is still reportedly in draft mode with the IRS.

Both the form and the instructions are final. Not fixing the software so you don't get a Critical Diagnostic is an Intuit problem. They want us to check the box to ignore the Critical Diagnostic and e-file the return.
