Is anyone having issues with payments to IRS on1040 tax return taking a long time to be withdrawn from the client's bank account?

A client called this morning and stated that the IRS hadn't withdrawn her 1st quarter estimate.

    Same here. Client reported payment not taken out yet since 4/8. Can anybody confirm if IRS already took your payment from your bank?  Thank you!
