Is anyone having an issue with Form 8863 not populating when entering 1098-T info?

This taxpayer qualifies to take the LLC. I have entered the 1098-T info properly. ProConnect does not create a Form 8863, nor does it provide a diagnostic as to why.

Yes, I followed the directions to the "t" before posting my question. No luck then, no luck now.
