Is anyone else having problems with Intuit Link in ProSeries? My clients accept request and then it states that email not recognized??

It turns out that that particular client had their own Intuit account under a different email therefore I had to send the link to that existing account email for her to receive it. Hope that helps!

Thanks, I did get it resolved and it was a similar situation.
