IRS IP PIN number 2025
In am trying to e-file client return in proconnect tax online. I enter the pin in software using directions from Intuit. The return was rejected saying its the wrong pin. I have a copy of letter IRS sent to client re: 2025.
I checked her ssn, dob, irs pin and spelling of her name in software. The only item different is her mailing address. She moved into a home that she purchased with a different address. Has anyone had a return using IP PIN rejected due to an address change?
