Intuit ProConnect Doesn't Recognize Intuit Elite Employers

Intuit Elite Full-Service Employers spending several thousand dollars annually are not recognized by ProConnect Tax software.  When their EIN is entered, a message appears stating they are not recognized and the data must be entered manually.

You haven't actually asked a question, but here are a few thoughts:

 

1) Does that payroll service say the W-2s will be available electronically?

2) If so, does it say WHEN it will be available?  Intuit isn't particularly quick at things, so it may take a while.

3) Intuit LOVES add-on fees.  Maybe that additional service is only available if the employer pay even more money.
