Intuit Link, one email address for three tax files

I have new client, who has two business taxes and one individual tax.  He has only one email address. If all those business and individual income tax files use the same email address, what will happen when he receives intuit link email?  Does each email show the name of tax payer before open it?  Should intuit link of each tax file have a unique login id and password?

Hi, Intuit Link is directly linked to each individual return and client.  So you will send an invite from within each separate client and it will link that information only to that client and the specific return you sent it for when the customer receives it regardless of it being the same email address.  By default, if done from the Intuit Link dashboard it will send it for 2025 returns.  However, if you need to send an invite for a prior year, you can create the return and send it from within that return to link to the prior year return.
