Intuit Link | Batch Request | Documents Area Absent

For at least the 2nd year, when I send a batch request via Intuit Link, it does not include | enable the Documents area for the client(s) to upload documents. I have to go in manually and activate the Documents area for each client. I have the 'personalized' check box checked. If I send out individual requests, it works properly.
Highly inefficient! Get this fixed please.
