instructions for filing a 2018 paper return, is there a setting that needs to be turned off to not have signature preprinted

- It does not seem there is a way to remove the preparer's signature. There is a help article https://proconnect.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/partnership/insert-remove-preparer-printed-name-signature-box/L05kNi9aO_US_en_US?uid=ljbgj59o under proconnect, but it does apply to proconnect. 
- "The IRS allows for a printed name instead of a signature on the forms." I usually sign or initial besides the printed name as an additional measure, and never had a problem.

    No, it is ready to go.  Save a pen and just use the preprinted signature.
