I had installed a copy of your demo, but I am having problems using it

Which software are you using? ProConnect Tax is an online tax software and requires no installation. If you can confirm which software you tried to install and what problem you are having exactly, someone may just be able to help. Alternatively, you can call Intuit's Sales team and they should be able to give you some pointers. And there are always play-on-demand training videos you can watch.

I try calling but have no answer. The instructions for installation are not the best

If you called the Technical helpdesk, Intuit is having some technical issues with their phone system today. There are announcements on this board earlier. They should post an update once that is resolved.

In the meantime, if you could provide the info as suggested, someone may be able to help answer your question.
