Initial conversion from drake and Client Support after sign

I have signup for pro connect and am at file conversion stage. I am advise by pro connect to enter SSN for Individual tax client for billing in qbo and EIN for business client who are qbo client as well as tax client.

I see pro connect show qbo Individual client as Business client, so it do not allow me to enter SSN as id for Individual client. I do not see option to change client type in qbo and in pro connect.

Is there solution.

Schedule C is NOT a business client. That might be part of the confusion. Business client files a return other than a 1040.

ALSO Any client can be tied to any return. Even though the client might have a SSN, the return can have an EIN. The client information screen controls the SSN/FEIN that the return shows.
