Question

In CA form 5805, it seems like a penalty should apply with the withholding is low. How can I get the form to be filled in correctly? Some lines are blank.

Lines 1-6 are completed.  Lines 7-8 are blue, but I cannot find a way to enter values.  Line 10 should be $9525 and line 11 should be about $250

I suppose it's not being printed and you're just looking at the preview?

If so, try forcing that to print.  It should then compute.

Under Payments, Penalties & Extensions > Penalties and Interest (2210), on the line for Form 2210 options (Click on arrow to select from list), CA, select 3 = Force.

    Thanks - I did force to print and it's still showing $0 for those lines
