Importing Prior Year Tax Return - PDF
Earlier this year, I successfully used the new import feature to import a 2022 tax return to create a new client. I tried doing the same thing today for a new client, but I keep getting an error message that the file needs to be a JPEG or PDF. I am trying to import a PDF file. Is there an issue with this feature?
