Importing a 1040 - Individual Tax Return
Hello,
Did anyone else have issues with the software lagging the past two days? As of last night, it's working much better but the feature of being able to import a 1040 to a client's profile AFTER creating the new client has disappeared. I called and tried to chat with support and got nowhere. Mysteriously, no one seems to know about this feature ever existing.
Any ideas or a workaround?
