Three options:

2 - Import client data from ... https://proconnect.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-search?filter=ProConnect%20Tax%20Online&q=Import%20transactions

3 - Import Clients from qb https://proconnect.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/import-export-data-files/prepare-export-clients-accounts-prep-taxes/L5sBFNh7t_US_en_US?uid=l5l759qk
