Question

Im trying to file head of household on wife who live apart from husband all year and proconnect won't allow me to file form 8958 allocation of income any solution?

You only use that for MFS, not HOH.

    the husband is filing mfs and wife fits the requirements to file HOH and she is allowed to do that but then she cannot add that form to her return so i guess i won't worry about it - thank you

      It doesn't get added to an HOH return, theyve lived apart, theyre not spitting anything.
